This is to verify the condition of the puppy when it arrives. Failure to do so will make this contract null and void. Penmar Kennel does not guarantee against Parvo after 72 hour after arrival. Penmar Kennel does not guarantee against the following parasitic illnesses: Corona, Coccidiosis or Giardia, since these parasites can be picked up almost anywhere and vaccinations will not protect your puppy from them. In addition, Penmar Kennel can not guarantee against hypoglycemia which is also referred to as low blood sugar or sugar shock. Penmar Kennel guarantees this puppy to be free of all communicable diseases for a period of ten days from the date of sale. Penmar Kennel also guarantees this puppy to be free of genetic defects that make the puppy not suitable for the purpose of a “family pet” until the puppy reaches one year of age. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, under bite or overbite, Grade 1 or Grade 2 luxating patella. This guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to negligence or abuse by the new owner. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire one year from the date of purchase. If, in the opinion of your veterinarian, your puppy has any health defect that makes it a poor health risk, you must notify the breeder within 7 days from the purchase. Vet bills and/or medications are not covered in the guarantee. Credit will be given in the form of a replacement puppy of equal value or, if applicable, repair of the defect, at the discretion of the breeder. If the puppy is to be returned, the return should occur within 10 days, including all papers, as well as a signed statement from the vet on the vet’s letterhead, stating the date of examination and the alleged health risks. The return transportation is at the buyer’s expense. The replacement puppy will be sent at the breeder’s expense. In the unlikely event of the death of the puppy, the new owner will need to provide proof of death by a necropsy report stating cause of death. The report will be completed by a licensed veterinarian and submitted on the vet's letterhead. The breeder will pay transportation for the replacement puppy. Guarantee of the actual mature weight of a puppy is impossible. We can estimate it based on the current weight of the puppy and its parents' weights, but other factors such as genetics, overall health,and diet also affect mature weight. Breeder will provide Registration papers when full payment is received from the Buyer. Shipment will not take place until all fees are paid in full. Holding Agreement: In consideration of payment of $__________, of which $300.00 is the Surety of Action deposit, Seller assigns buyer the dog and guarantees that said dog will not be sold to any other party other than the Buyer. The portion of the deposit taken and known as Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price. The Surety of Action deposit received by seller in the amount of $300 for said puppy is NON-REFUNDABLE. Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illnesses are NOT covered by vaccination), Penmar Kennel requires that all of our puppies be kept on "Nu Vet Plus Canine." This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. You will be instructed concerning this when you take possession of your puppy. Nu Vet Labs will send Penmar Kennel a monthly report indicating how your puppy is to be supplemented with Nu Vet Plus Canine. This written agreement is a binding contract entered into in the State of Missouri and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy.
